Driven by the desire to become a journalist, Tobias Luchsinger did his apprenticeship at Swiss Television (SRF). Working on smaller cinematic projects during his bachelor studies in Multimedia Production in Chur, he discovered his passion for documentary film. He completed his bachelor's degree with the documentary Sindu's World, which enabled him to start his master-degree in film at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK). 
His graduation film The Value of Things is a documentary which deals with the topic of sustainability and was also produced green.
Tobias lives in Zurich, Switzerland.
