When sensitive DAVID finds out that he will become a father, he falls into panic. He is not ready for parenthood and is overwhelmed with fears of being exposed as a fraud. His insecurities escalate after, he and his pregnant girlfriend JESSY, are beaten up by stronger drunk men and he is not able to protect neither himself nor her. He then turns to intense physical workouts to increase his confidence and starts consuming illegal steroids. This is yet another test to their love as a couple.
