David Oesch started as a journalism intern at the Thuner Tagblatt and then worked as a freelance editor and photographer for Swiss newspapers, radio, and television. At the Zurich University of the Arts, he completed his film studies with three short films for his bachelor's degree and won the "Student Visionary Award 2020" in New York for "CRU-Raw". In 2024, he will finish his master's with the sci-fi short "UNDER THE ICE" and is currently writing the screenplay for "LÜGNERIN!", a horror-comedy about a lying journalist.
