Yves-Bernard Larboulette was born in 1995 in Berlin and grew up in the Basel region. After a brief study of literature and philosophy at the University of Basel, he found his way to film and completed a bachelor's degree in film at Zurich University of the Arts in 2025. He lives and works in Zurich as a freelance director, editor, and author.
