Maria Brendle was born in Singen in 1983.Having passed her vocational baccalaureate diploma, she studied graphic design and attended a film school in Spain. In 2007 she worked for an advertising company. This was followed by freelance commissions for advertising, TV as well as various film projects. In 2013 she degreed as a Bachelor of Film Arts at the Zurich University of Arts.
