Linus von Stumberg (born 1996 in Göttingen, Germany) found his passion for film through his international job as a dancer and choreographer. In 2019, Linus began studying Film at the University of the Arts. Besides small acting roles, he made his short film LION’S CAGE, that premiered at Camerimage 2021. In the same year, Linus made the multiple awarded music video SUNSHADES. 2023, he finished his bachelor film SYNCOPE, a dark thriller about dance. Since its world premiere at Camerimage, SYNCOPE won multiple awards at festivals like Max Ophüls Preis in Germany and in Sapporo, Japan.
