Joel T. Winter, born in 1994 in Berlin, has been studying Film – Production Design at the Zurich University of the Arts in the class of Silke Fischer since 2022 and will complete his studies in the summer of 2025. Prior to that, he studied Film Studies for two years at the Free University of Berlin. During that time, he created his first scenographic works for commercial and music video productions.
Since 2023, he has formed the independent stage and set design duo Dietrich&Winter together with Karl Dietrich. Together, they have developed stage designs for various German theaters.
