«Heidi goes Alfa» is a 10 year project about my car and myself. Of course it is not just any car - it's an Alfa Romeo Berlina 2000 from 1973. And of course it wasn't just drivable - it practically had to be rebuilt. There were no seats in it, there was no engine and no upholstey. I fixed up the car - it was years of hard work - in the „Garage Cannizzo“ in Zürich. I visited all former owners of the car since 1973. Italianità in the „Garage Cannizzo“ and backbreaking work come together with the little Swiss girl - Heidi.
