Carla loves the vastness of the sky. She lives in an apartment above the roofs, near to the clouds. Her boyfriend Adrian, who sings Italian hits with his band "I Girasoli", wants to live with her, but Carla loves to be independent. There comes in the middle of the night a mysterious man in the apartment, hunted by a grumpy Commissioner. This encounter changes everything. Imagination and reality mix.
