Born in 1977 in Göppingen, Germany. Joint Swiss and German citizenship. 2001-05 Attends ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste) film department. 2005 MA in film directing from ZHdK. 2005-07 studies Philosophy at the University of Zurich. 2013-15 MAS in Brand & Marketing Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Lives and works in Zurich as filmproducer. Cofounder of 8horses GmbH.
