Born in 1998 as the son of a musician and a sound engineer, Raphael discovered his joy in filming at an early age through music and his first video clips.

After various internships and first experiences on sets in Germany and Switzerland, he studied film at the ZHdK from 2017 to 2021. At the same time, he gathered more practical experience and further education both in the camera and light department.

In addition to his own projects, Raphael works as a freelance cameraman and lighting technician.
