Laura Morales

Laura Morales is a director and cinematographer based in Zurich.

After studying photography from 2008 to 2011 at the CEPV in Vevey, Laura Morales worked as a studio photographer for a few years before switching to filmmaking. She obtains a bachelor degree in directing from HEAD in Geneva in 2017, with distinction. In 2015 she wins the Best Swiss Newcomer award at the Locarno Film Festival for her film «Les Monts s’embrasent».

Today, Laura Morales focuses mainly on direction of photography, finishing her master degree in cinematography in the film department of ZHDK, Zürich.
